By using thenailmail.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in USD and don't include shipping, which is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order if something was priced incorrectly.
Custom & sizing accuracy
For custom sets and sized fits, we rely on the photos and details you provide at checkout. We do our best to size accurately based on what's submitted, but we can't guarantee a perfect fit if photos are unclear, missing a size reference (like a quarter), or otherwise misleading.
Product use
Our press-on nails are a cosmetic product intended for external use on natural nails. Discontinue use if you experience irritation. Keep glue and small components away from children.
Intellectual property
Nail designs, photos, and site content belong to The Nail Mail. Please don't reproduce or resell our designs or images without permission.
Limitation of liability
The Nail Mail is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or site. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
